The Army Medical Command (AR-MEDCOM) vision is to become the Military Main Command of the US Army Command, supporting the national military strategy of the United States. The mission of the Army Reserves Force Command is to provide a trained, equipped, prepared, and rich army of the People's Army, to meet medical requirements throughout full-spectrum military operations. ARMEDCOM provides commands and controls for distribution tables and allowances (TDA) reserves of medical units in the United States adjacent. The Reserve Medical Command Headquarters is located at CW Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Florida.
Command and control of the TOE Reserve medical unit is performed by two additional commands: MDSC 807 covers the western part of Ohio and the 3rd MDSC covers the unit east of Ohio.

Description

Symbolism
- Maroon and white are colors traditionally used by the Medical Corps. The cross and stem of Aesculapius, the symbol of healing and medicine, symbolizes the organization's medical mission. The two stars represent the training of individual medical and medical units. The black stars are gold-eyed given the Army's logo and military readiness.

Symbolism
- The Minute Man was adapted from the Army Reserve plaque and highlighted the Army Medical Command as a direct reporting order to the US Armed Forces Command Headquarters.
