Fantasy Twins (Face-to-face) is the eleventh studio album by indie rock band Car Seat Headrest, released on February 16, 2018. This is a complete recording and rework of the sixth studio album band, Twin Fantasy , released in 2011.

The CD release is bundled with original album 2011.

On December 13, 2017, the band released the re-recorded "Beach Life-In-Death" version, the second song on at Spotify. This rumor sparked fans that the album will be re-recorded and released the following year. On December 27, 2017, Amazon's list detailing the recording version of Twin Fantasy was found by fans, and then uploaded to the Headrest Car Seatrest subreddit. This was followed by a list at SRCVinyl.com with February 16, 2018, which has a shortened version of the following press release from Matador Records,

On January 9, 2018, Matador Records officially announced the re-launch, titled Twin Fantasy (Face to Face) , with the original recording being re-released as well. Twin Fantasy (Face to Face) will be released via Matador on February 16th. The original, which has been re-titled Twin Fantasy (Mirror for Mirror) , was released as part of Record Store Day on April 21st. This re-announcement coincides with the announcement of the tour and the music video for the song "Nervous Young Inhumans".

Twin Fantasy has received critical acclaim. At Metacritic, the album received a score of 87 out of 100 based on 21 reviews, showing "universal recognition."
