Post parcel is a postal service for email that is too heavy for normal mail posts. It is usually slower than mailing. The development of the package post is closely linked to the development of a rail network that enables packets to be mass-delivered, to a regular schedule and at an economical price. Currently many packages also travel by land and international shipping can travel by sea or airmail.

Development of domestic package submissions
The idea of ââa package post can be credited to Germany, where the growth of trains has brought uniform postal rates throughout Germany and Austria in 1857. However, the practice of carrying on the package with the letter has been used in Austria since the seventeenth century. and in some parts of Germany it is said to date from the fifteenth century. In the first year after the establishment of the domestic package post in Germany (1874), 38,862,654 packets were brought in, rising to 62,946,100 in 1881.

UPU international package agreement post
The international package service, which allows the regular delivery of packages and packages from one country to another in accordance with pre-determined tariffs, was established by the Universal Postal Union on October 1, 1881 (England, India, The Netherlands and Persia, April 1, 1882). ), following the 1880 agreement in Paris during a three-week conference on the issue. This service is difficult to introduce because in some countries the packing is a monopoly of railroad companies, and Egypt, the UK, India, Canada and Italy all initially state that there is no packet service in their country.
United Kingdom and Commonwealth
The UK domestic package postal service was established on 1 August 1883. Commonwealth and overseas postal services were also established. Eight Australasian colonies (South Australia, Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania, New Zealand, New Guinea England and Fiji) and other postal services separate from the colony joined UPU in 1891. In 1909/10 of 118 million parcels each year are brought in the UK, about 2.5% of which are international.

Personal courier
Private couriers have been around since goods have to be transported from one place to another. Prior to the development of state-managed parcel posts, many railway companies have a growing package of services and private companies continue to run their own delivery networks today through companies like FedEx Express or DHL Express, even owning their own aircraft for long-distance shipments. Many small companies provide domestic and international courier services.
Road transport service
Prior to the development of the railway network, road transport was the main means of transporting parcels. Service through the road continues to grow even during the age of the train, including by bus, tram and trolley car.
